We offer same-day or next-day delivery for all furniture items within London. For complete details, please visit our website. At BedsnSofas, we take pride in delivering high-quality furniture right to your doorstep, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

On the day of delivery, we will contact you to confirm the delivery time and provide a 2 to 3-hour time frame for your convenience. Please ensure someone is available at home during this window.

Our delivery team maintains close communication with both customers and drivers throughout the day to ensure the best service. With years of experience, our drivers are skilled in navigating various challenges to ensure successful deliveries. All furniture items are carefully packed and securely wrapped to protect them during transit.

Due to high delivery volumes, we are unable to guarantee specific time slots. However, you can choose a preferred delivery date that suits your schedule. To keep you updated, please provide a contact number where our dispatch team can reach you with delivery updates. Our goal is to make every delivery safe, smooth, and customer-focused.

Planning Your Delivery
At BedsnSofas, we prioritize your convenience. We understand your time is valuable, so you won’t need to wait all day for your delivery. Our team will notify you in advance with a delivery time frame. If you’re unavailable during this time, simply let us know, and we’ll reschedule your delivery at no extra cost. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Delivery Hours
Deliveries are made between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, roadblocks, or accidents. In such cases, we will inform you promptly.

Under the Consumer Contract Regulations (2013), you have the legal right to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item. To avoid delays, please ensure you provide accurate contact details so our team can keep you updated via call or text. If your item is in stock, we aim to deliver it on the same day, depending on your postcode. For more details, refer to our delivery map or contact us if you have any questions.

Handling Charges
To ensure a seamless delivery experience, we offer the following handling charges:

Lift Availability: No handling charges apply if a lift is available in your building.

No Lift Available:

Beds: Free delivery to the first floor. An additional £10 per floor applies for each subsequent floor.

Mattresses: Same as beds. If you’ve ordered a bed and mattress together, handling charges are £10 per floor (excluding the first floor).

Wardrobes: Free delivery to the ground floor. An additional £10 per floor applies for each subsequent floor.

Sofas: Free delivery to the ground floor. An additional £15 per floor applies for each subsequent floor.

Please note that handling charges are separate from delivery fees.
